[Case Study] There is a technology I want to use, but I can't think of a way to utilize it.

Organizing the features of the technology, we propose ideas from multiple perspectives such as providers, users, and the market!

We would like to introduce a case where we generated ideas for services/use cases based on the premise of utilizing technology. There was a consultation where the desired technology was already determined, but the client was unable to think of what services or conveniences could be created using that technology, resulting in the project not progressing. Therefore, after aligning our understanding of the direction of the ideas to be generated with the client, we conducted idea generation from a broad perspective, repeatedly cycling through proposal → deepening → reconsideration, which helped visualize the utilization of the technology. Due to the high number of team members from a technical background, there was a lack of experience in thinking from the user and business perspectives, which has become a challenge in providing new services. Therefore, based on the current situation and challenges, we considered and proceeded with the training by discussing "what purpose," "what themes," and "how many times and how frequently" the training would be conducted. We received an inquiry from a client who plans to offer a new service but was unsure about what users need and how to present those needs, as they had not thoroughly considered the necessary features. In response, we delved deeper into the current assumed user profiles, established user needs and requirements, and confirmed the consistency and adequacy of the features the service is expected to provide.
